Orange lacquered metal. 
Thanks to the wheel on top of the lamp, the diffuser can be rotated, and the light intensity adjusted.
It is in excellent condition, no dents, only some normal signs of wear due to ageing.
Height 20 cm, diameter 20 cm.
The colour is orange with white inside.
